HOW IT WORKS + WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Once you submit your inquiry, you will recieve a follow up email in 2-3 business days. I will provide you with a questionnaire to fill out more details about your big day! This will help me create a design mood board and 3 packages unique to your needs and based on your budget. My invitation design slots are on a first come, first serve basis. We will make it official with a signed contract along with a non-refundable deposit.

  • The design process kicks-off about 7 months before your wedding day. Once we determine that your package and mood board perfectly reflects you and your fiancé, it’s time to start the design process! This is where the fun starts! A questionnaire will be provided to gather all of the content needed for your invitations. I will then take all of this information and provide you with an initial sketch to view the design and send feedback.

  • Once your invitation design is fine tuned, I will send you a final digital proof that you sign off on to say that there are no spelling, grammar, date/time errors, etc. Once your production invoice is submitted in full, I will prepare all print files to be sent to production. Print production takes around 3-4 weeks.

  • Once I receive your suite from production, I will take the time to assemble all the pieces, adhere the postage, and take them to USPS for mailing! If you do not hire me for this step, you will have the invitations safely packaged and shipped to you to assemble and mail locally. Final balance is due prior to shipment.

  • I love nothing more than to carry out my couples' visions through day-of details. Whatever it is, I can make it happen!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • For the Custom Experience:
    The earlier the better! I recommend at least a year in advance for Save the Dates and 8 months in advance for full suites. I only accept a limited amount of custom projects to ensure everyone gets the highest quality experience possible, so the sooner the better to secure your spot.

    For Semi-Custom Invitations:
    At the very least, I recommend 7 months in advance for Save the Dates, and 4 months in advance for Invitation Suites. If you need them sooner, please reach out to make sure we have availability in our calendar.

  • For our Custom Experience:
    I recommend booking your Custom Suite as soon as possible. I generally begin Save the Dates 8–12 months before your wedding day and Invitations 6–8 months out—add ~3 extra months for destination weddings. Inquiries inside that window are reviewed case-by-case; rush may be available depending on scope and print method.

    For Semi-Custom Invitations:
    It depends on your date! Semi-Custom moves quickly—I recommend mailing Save the Dates ~6 months ahead and Invitations ~3 months ahead (earlier for destination weddings). From the time you place your order, production is typically about 4-6 weeks, with specialty finishes and embellishments adding a bit of time. If your timeline is tight, I’ll prioritize your project so everything arrives before your mail date.

  • Nope! Secure your spot on the calendar and we'll touch base with you when it's time to collect the important details!

  • Absolutely! Just let me know in your inquiry if you're interested in receiving a sample kit.

  • Order by household, not guest count. I recommend 10–15 extra suites for keepsakes, last-minute guests, and your photographer/stylist.

    Unsure? I can always add-on suites later on, but we do not refund. Please keep this in mind when placing your order!

  • If you opt for white glove service, I’ll take care of hand-cancelling and postage. If you’re mailing, I’ll advise estimated rates—final postage is determined by the post office.

    Note: heavy, square, or embellished mail may require extra postage.
